By purchasing from Wehr Knives, LLC, the buyer assumes the full and complete responsibility of having ascertained, and complied with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws with regard to the possession and use of any item purchased from Wehr Knives, LLC. Review your local municipal and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. ABSOLUTELY NO SALES TO MINORS. The buyer represents that products ordered would be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. Wehr Knives, LLC. will not be held liable for the misuse of any product, please review Wehr Knife Warranty information for complete coverage terms. No refunds on pre-order items.
Wehr Knives LLC complies with all applicable Federal Laws regarding the interstate shipment of our knives. It is not possible for us to stay on top of the local state, city, and county laws in the U.S.
It is important for a knife owner to contact their local authorities to inquire about “Ownership” and “Carry” laws in their local jurisdiction.
All handmade items have a lifetime warranty under normal use. Modifying, prying, or misuse of any cutting task will result in a voided warranty. Regular maintenance is required for all my knives. All Production knives are provided a 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty starts on the day of delivery. This will cover any defect in material or craftsmanship, free of charge. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or modifications. Modifications will immediately VOID the warranty unless the modifications are performed by an approved business. Abuse and misuse are determined at my discretion upon receipt of the product. Do not return a product without contacting me first for a Return Authorization.
If for any reason you want a refund, it will not be granted until we have discussed it and the product is in my possession and inspected by me.
Transaction fees and shipping fees incurred by Wehr Knives will not be refunded unless otherwise noted.

RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more
information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All
returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and
labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at matthew@wehrknives.com to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA
number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to
the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly
recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will
process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your
item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your
credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you
by email when your return has been processed.
